Packed With Care, Delivered With Pride

Most Hishen Jewelz orders are gifts — so every parcel is packed as one. Each piece is quality-checked, cushioned, boxed in our signature packaging, and handed to trusted courier partners. All orders are packed and dispatched from Maharashtra, India, and delivered across India — always free, always included in your price.

When Your Order Ships

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. We work Monday to Saturday — we are off on Sundays and public holidays, so orders placed then begin their journey the next working day.

These are honest estimates and we meet them in most cases — occasionally couriers take a little longer, and we will keep you posted if they do.

Festive Seasons

Navratri, Diwali, and the wedding months are our busiest — and the courier network's too. If your piece is for a special date, please order well in advance so her moment arrives on time.

Tracking

The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number where available, so you can follow your parcel home. If tracking ever shows delivered but your parcel has not reached you, tell us right away — we will chase the courier with you.

Damaged in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, we will make it right — please see our Return and Refund Policy. Remember to record an unboxing video when opening your parcel; it is required for any claim.
