Our Policy
All sales at Hishen Jewelz are final. We operate a No Exchange, No Refund policy.
We quality-check every item before dispatch to ensure it matches its product listing. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Colour variation due to screen display or photography lighting
• Size or style not meeting personal expectation — please clarify any queries with us before placing your order
Fragility of Imitation Jewellery
Imitation jewellery is delicate by nature. Please be aware:
• Pieces may be susceptible to damage if dropped, bent, or subjected to pressure during transit or handling.
• We strongly recommend ordering one additional unit of any delicate item to account for the rare possibility of transit damage.
• Minor variations in finish or colour tone are inherent to fashion jewellery and do not constitute a defect.
Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will consider a claim only if the item received is genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect — and only under the following condition:
A continuous, unedited unboxing video — from the sealed parcel to the item inside — is mandatory for every claim. No exceptions.
To raise a claim, email us at saarrthi1607@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• The unboxing video (unedited and continuous)
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will respond within 5 business days. Accepted claims will be resolved with a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit. Cash refunds are not issued.
What Is Not Covered
• Damage caused after delivery — wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse
• Colour differences due to screen calibration or product photography lighting
• Items that have been worn, altered, or tampered with
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video
• Claims raised more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery
International Orders
For orders shipped outside India, we are not responsible for damage caused during customs inspection or extended international transit. Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
