4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase; your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations after confirmation may not be possible.
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes (GST). The price charged will always be the price confirmed at the time of your order, and by placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
On rare occasions we may need to cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If that happens, we will let you know promptly and issue a full refund of any payment taken.
