Hishen Jewelz is an imitation jewellery brand operated from Maharashtra, India. All sales are made directly through our Shopify-powered online store.
Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and transactions are made directly with Hishen Jewelz. Shopify is not a party to any sale and bears no liability for any transaction.

2. Who Can Shop With Us
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including name, address, and payment details — is accurate and complete.
3. Our Products
Hishen Jewelz sells imitation (fashion) jewellery. Our products are not made of precious metals or gemstones unless explicitly stated.
We take care to represent our products accurately. However:
• Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device and lighting conditions in photography.
• Imitation jewellery is delicate and may be susceptible to damage if mishandled, dropped, or exposed to moisture, perfume, or chemicals.
• Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. We will notify you and issue a full refund if payment was already taken.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellations after order confirmation may not be possible.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes, import duties, or customs charges unless explicitly stated.
Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed at the time of your order. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Maharashtra, India. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
Once your order is handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. All sales are final. No Exchange, No Refund — except in cases of genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

All content on our store — including brand name, taglines, images, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Hishen Jewelz and protected under applicable law. You may not reproduce or use any of our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hishen Jewelz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
