All Hishen Jewelz orders are packed and dispatched from Maharashtra, India.


Where We Ship To

We ship domestically within India and to international destinations worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons (Navratri, Diwali, festive periods), processing may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you confirm your order.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are:

•  Entirely the buyer's responsibility

•  Not included in our product or shipping prices

•  Non-refundable under any circumstance

We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing an international order.


Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number where available. Tracking updates depend on the courier and destination country.


Lost or Undelivered Parcels

Once an order is handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you. If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. We will assist where we can but cannot be held liable for carrier-side issues.


Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. An unboxing video is required to raise any transit damage claim.
